1. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy

At Nga See Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return policy for all unworn and undamaged handbags.

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
Handbags must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories.
Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Once approved, you may ship the item(s) back following the instructions provided in Section 3.

2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

PayPal Refunds:
Refunds may take at least 14 days, and in some regions up to 30 days depending on local regulations.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
